SYRACUSE, NY -- Syracuse police say a child was hit by a car while he was riding his bike on West Beard Avenue near Midland Avenue in Syracuse.
Police at the scene tell CNYCentral that the boy's uncle was driving on West Beard Ave. when he accidentally hit the child.
The boy was taken by ambulance to the hospital with a leg injury. He's expected to be OK.
