Cyclist was dead at the scene on County Rte 11

Troopers continue to investigate a fatal motorcycle crash from early Saturday morning.

36 year old Richard Proper, from Route 11 in Hastings, was killed about 1:55am Saturday morning when his Harley missed a curve on Rte 11 in West Monroe, and he hit a guardrail. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
