Syracuse police say they're looking for two men who they say tried to force teenagers into a van.

Police say early Saturday morning, a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl left a house on the 300 block of LeMoyne Avenue and went to Washington Square Park, where they were approached by two men who started talking to them.

They say then, the two men tried to force the two girls into a van. The vehicle is described as a white, rusty unknown older model cargo/utility van with double doors in the rear.

Now police are looking for the two men responsible. They say one was a white male in his 20s with brown hair. He was wearing a red t-shirt and jeans. The other is a Hispanic male in his 20s. He was wearing a white t-shirt and plaid shorts.

Anyone with information on this incident or the suspects is asked to contact the Syracuse Police Department at (315) 442-5222. All calls will kept strictly confidential.
