SYRACUSE -- A natural gas pipe ruptured in on Valley Drive, near Bradford Street, in Syracuse Tuesday morning.
Officials at National Grid say a third party contractor hit a plastic pipe causing it to rupture.
There are no outages and crews are making repairs.
