TABERG -- A Taberg man was arrested after using bath salts and hallucinating masked people.

Police say 35-year-old Jacob Warner called 911 and told them that people wearing masks were in his home and trying to hurt him. He said there were also more people outside his home.

Warner admitted to police that he had used bath salts.

This is the third incident involving Warner that was reported to police in just two days.

Warner was hospitalized after the first incident for being too intoxicated to take care of himself; a mental health law.

The second incident involved a neighbor who complained of disorderly conduct.

Warner was charged with falsely reporting an incident. He was arraigned in the Town of Annsville Court and committed to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $1000.00 cash bail.
