ROCHESTER -- Oswego Police say 21-year-old Jessica Elmer, who was reported missing Saturday, has been located.
Elmer was found by the Rochester Police Department. The Oswego City Police Department was notified of her location around 11:15 p.m. Sunday.
Elmer was last seen walking on East Utica Street in Oswego and was reported missing on Saturday. Police say Jessica does not have any major medical issues, but she is mentally handicapped.
Police originally believed she may have been trying to reach the Syracuse area.
