SYRACUSE -- A Domino’s Pizza delivery man was robbed at gunpoint on Syracuse’s southside late Sunday night.
Syracuse Police say it happened Sunday night just after 11:00 p.m. in front of 405 West Beard Avenue.
Police say a 42-year-old delivery man for Domino’s Pizza was standing outside his car preparing to deliver an order when three suspects showed a gun, struck him in the head, and stole his wallet, cell phone, the food delivery and other food from the car.
According to police, one suspect displayed a shotgun and another appeared to have a shotgun with him.
Two suspects are described as black males in their late teens. Police say a description of the third suspect could not be provided at this time. Police say they were seen running down West Beard Avenue towards Glahn Avenue.
Police say the victim returned to Dominos Pizza and called police.
The Syracuse Police are investigating the incident and ask anyone with information to call them at 442-5222.
