Oswego County officials monitor fire stations during phone outage

OSWEGO -- The Oswego County 911 Emergency Center reports that a telephone outage that impacted parts of northern and eastern areas in Oswego County has been resolved.

Fire stations in the affected area were manned during the outage, and people who may have had an emergency and couldn't reach 911 by phone were asked to go to their local fire station for assistance.
