TOWN OF VOLNEY -- Police say they arrested 29-year-old Marshall J. Butler, of Sandy Creek, for allegedly stealing two rifles from a Volney home.

Police say the incident happened in June and the rifles have been recovered.

Butler was charged with grand larceny, a felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond.
