MINETTO, OSWEGO CO. -- A Fulton woman was arrested after allegedly smoking a synthetic drug with two teens.
Police say Rachel Doty, 40, allegedly smoked a synthetic drug with two teenage boys who were both under the age of 17.
Police say they were investigating a suspicious vehicle on Gray Road in the Town of Minetto. They found Doty and the teens to be in possession of the synthetic drug.
Doty was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and issued an appearance ticket.
