ONEIDA COUNTY -- Thomas M. Seymour, owner of "The Sporting Edge" in Boonville, was arrested charged with sale and possession of synthetic marijuana on Thursday.

According to Oneida County investigators, his arrest stems from an incident at the Oneida County/Boonville Fair in which a minor reported not feeling well after smoking synthetic marijuana.

Officers at the event investigated the incident, leading them to Seymour and his business. They found and confiscated synthetic marijuana from his business.

Seymour's drug possession and sale is in violation of local ordinance.
