SYRACUSE -- The New York State Fair will unveil this year’s butter sculpture next Wednesday.

The highly anticipated butter sculpture will be revealed Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the Dairy Products Building.

Past sculptures have featured Santa Claus, the family milkman, and The Pride of New York.
