SCRIBA, OSWEGO COUNTY -- An Oswego man was arrested for allegedly having inappropriate sexual contact with two young girls.
State Police say an investigation found that Shane R. Haresign, 35, of Oswego, had inappropriate sexual contact with two girls under the age of 11.
Police say Haresign is alleged to have secretly videotaped the victims with his cell phone while they were changing clothing and showering.
The investigation determined that these incidents occurred within the last month in the Town of Scriba, police say.
Haresign is charged with two counts felony sex abuse, two counts endangering the welfare of a child, and one count felony unlawful surveillance.
Haresign was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $7,500 cash / $15,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Scriba Town Court on September 13.
