UTICA -- A Utica man, and registered sex offender, is accused of attacking his teenage son with a box cutter.
Police in Utica say they arrested Michael Dixon, 44, for allegedly cutting his 16-year-old son’s face with a box cutter.
The incident is alleged to have happened on the 700 block of Mary Street in Utica.
Police say Dixon is a level 2 registered sex offender and is currently on probation.
Dixon was arrested on two felony warrants for assault and criminal possession of a weapon with bail set at $40,000.
