Update: The SU Football game has resumed at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey after a weather delay that lasted about an hour.

---------------------------------------------------------

The Syracuse Orange Football game is on hold with the Orange trailing the Trojans 14-3 after one half.

Players for both Syracuse and USC came back onto the field after halftime, and had warmed up for two minutes when the head referee told the players to go back to the locker room. It's being reported that there will be a 30 to 40 minute delay because of bad weather in the New Jersey area. The fans have also been told to head for cover inside the stadium.

The Tojans are leading thanks to a Marqise Lee 13 yards touchdown pass and a Robert Woods 29 yard touchdown that stood up after review. Ryan Nassib is 9 of 17 for 83 yards and one interception.
