Syracuse Police investigate second shooting in one day

A 22-year-old man, Santawan Stackhouse, was shot in the arm on the 300 block of West Kennedy Street on the city's northside.

The incident occurred around 10:25 p.m. Tuesday night. Stackhouse was transported to Upstate Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

This was the second reported shooting of the day. 18-year-old Dayquan Clark was shot in the leg shortly after 3:00 Tuesday afternoon in the 1500 block of South Avenue. His injuries are not life threatening.

Syracuse Police are investigating the incidents and anyone with information is asked to call 442-5222.
