WATERLOO, SENECA CO. -- Two Waterloo men are accused of breaking into their neighbor's apartment and stealing property.

28-year-old Timothy White and 19-year-old Loyd Barnes are charged with burglary.

State police say Barnes also shot an arrow from a compound bow while in his apartment, penetrating an adjoining neighbor's apartment wall.

Both men were arraigned and sent to the Seneca County jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
