Tractor trailer gets stuck on Molloy road

A section of Molloy Road in Mattydale was closed Sunday evening when a tractor trailer tried to make a U-Turn near Townline road.
Police say a woman was driving a tractor trailer down Molloy Road when she realized she was over the 4-ton weight limit and tried to make a U-turn. The cab of the truck got stuck in a ditch, leaving the trailer perpendicular to the rest of the street, blocking all traffic.
Police say the driver was not hurt, but that it took more than an hour to get the truck back on the road.
