VERNON (AP) -- A 20-year-old disabled man who left an upstate New York Bruce Springsteen show early over a lack of handicapped accommodations is getting his money back.

Gary Clinker drove his son Jason, who has cerebral palsy, from north of Toronto for the August 29 show at Vernon Downs, in Oneida County between Syracuse and Utica.

Clinker said that despite assurances there would be handicapped accommodations, he and his son were stuck in the crowd and had trouble seeing. They left halfway through the show.

Clinker says that Ticketmaster last week agreed to refund the price of the two $108 tickets.
