State Police say the car was speeding around another when it was hit

A 20 year old West Genesee High School graduate is one of the victims in a two car crash in Saratoga County, earlier this week.
Joshua Smith was the passenger in a car that State Police say was trying to pass another on a busy highway in Saratoga County late Thursday afternoon.
Troopers say the car was speeding when it went sideways into the opposite lane and was hit. The car's driver, 20 year old Joshua Williammee, from Garland Texas, was also killed in the crash. Both were stationed at Ballston Spa.
State Police are continuing the investigation.
