MANLIUS (AP) -- Authorities say all seven people injured in a two-vehicle crash outside Syracuse are expected to recover.
State police say three adults and four children were taken to a Syracuse hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries after a pickup truck and a sports utility vehicle collided around noon Sunday at an intersection in Manlius.
Troopers say a family of six was in the pickup truck when it was struck by an SUV carrying four people. Police ticketed the SUV driver for running a stop sign.
