BALDWINSVILLE -- On Tuesday, State Police in North Syracuse arrested 31 year-old, Timothy J. Ritschel of 8402 Theodolite Dr, Baldwinsville, NY on 5 counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class "E" felony.
Investigators won't say what triggered the initial investigation, execpt to say the arrests are the result of locating child pornography on Ritschel's computer pursuant to a search warrant.
Ritschel was arraigned before Judge Anthony LaValle, Village of Liverpool Court, and remanded to the Onondaga County Jail in lieu of bail.
