Meth lab uncovered in Scriba

SCRIBA -- Oswego police uncovered a meth lab following a search warrant at 31 Hayfly Rd in Scriba.

Police seized 3oz of Methamphetamine Oil along with materials used in the manufacturing of Methamphetamine.

Andrew J. Miller, 52 and Heidi E. Walters, 47 were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Manufacturing Methamphetamine, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Both were arraigned in Scriba Town Court and taken to Oswego County Jail without bail.
