ONEIDA NATIONS HOMELANDS -- Ray Halbritter, CEO of Oneida Nation Enterprises, was joined by Elizabeth Blau, of the strategic restaurant planning company Blau & Associates out of Las Vegas, as they announced that the new TS Steakhouse at Turning Stone Resort Casino will open to the public on November 14.
Blau & Associates has an impressive list of clients which includes Ritz Carlton Hotels and Resorts, Wynn Resorts, Trump Casinos and many more. They served a major role in transforming Las Vegas into a top notch culinary destination.
The restaraunt, which is on the 21st floor of the Turning Stone Tower Hotel, will feature menu items that include a mixed raw bar tower, Native corn and clam chowder, Wagyu New York strip steak and a seven layer chocolate cake.
