NORWICH -- A Plymouth man was arrested for rape and endangering the welfare of a child on Friday in Norwich according to police.
Delos J. Holmes, 36, was charged with first degree criminal sexual act, rape and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say the arrest came after an investigation into alleged sexual contact with a minor.
Holmes is being held in lieu of $75,000 cash bail.
