Oswego County man accused of slashing man's toe, threatening life

WILLIAMSTOWN, OSWEGO COUNTY -- An Oswego County man is arrested after sheriff's deputies say he cut a man's toe with a knife and threatened to kill him.

Peter Hodge, 32, of 501 SR 13, Apt. B in Williamstown, was arrested for assault and menacing. Authorities say the incident happened at his residence.

Hodge is accused of cutting the victim's toe with a knife as the male sat on a couch with his feet crossed and threatened to kill him. He's also accused of bending back the finger of another male, causing the finger the break. The acts were reported to be unprovoked. Hodge is also accused of making holes in the wall by the throwing the knife against it several times.

Hodge was arraigned before town of Williamstown Court and taken to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on November 7th.
