10 women were honored Thursday night at the American Red Cross Central New York Chapter's fourth annual "Women Who Mean Business" award celebration.
The event honors women who enhance the Central New York community through their leadership, insight and inspiration.
This year's award winners are:

- Melina A. Carnicelli, Owner/Principal Organizer, Metatron Travel and Room Full of Sister, Enterprises of Treble Associates
- Irene Galgan Scruton, Executive Central and Western New York Chapter, National Safety Council
- Maureen Harrington O'Neill, Associate Development Director, Q Center at AIDS Community Resources, self-employed LMT
- Ellen LaBerge, General Counsel, C&S Companies
- Joanne M. Lenweaver, Director, WISE Women's Business Center
- Barbara Miller, General Sales Manager, Clear Channel Media + Entertainment
- Therese Schoeneck, Founder/Executive Director, Hope for Bereaved, Inc.
- Maria C. Ucchino, Director of Capture and Proposal Management, SRC, Inc.
- Gwendolyn Webber-McLeod, President/CEO, Gwen, Inc.
