Man indicted for allegedly driving drunk twice in two days

SYRACUSE -- Todd M. Foster, of County Route 85 in Fulton, was indicted by an Onondaga County grand jury on Thursday after he was arrested for drunk driving twice in two days in August.

Police say Foster was involved in a car accident in the Town of Geddes on August 27 and was charged with DWAI.

The next day, August 28, Foster was arrested for drunk driving in the Town of Granby after police say they saw his black Pontiac swerving on State Route 48.

Foster is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired by combined ability of drugs or alcohol, 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, inadequate headlights and controlled substance in a non-original container.
