ELBRIDGE -- State Police are investigating a suspicious incident in Elbridge.

It happened between 8:30 and 8:40 Friday morning at a home on Bennetts Corners Road.

Police say three kids were playing kickball in the driveway while waiting for the school bus when a gray and tan 2011 Toyota Tundra quad-cab pickup truck pulled up.

Police say an asian man in his 40's approached the kids while holding a red balloon on a string.

He was confronted by the parents and took off.

The man is about 5 feet, seven inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.

A white woman with blonde hair was in the passenger's seat.

The car has yellow license plates.

Anyone with information should call the State Police in Elbridge at 315 689 6334.
