Amtrak cancelling services for October 29th in Eastern Corridor

Amtrak cancels northeastern corridor services on Monday October 29th.

Amtrak has cancelled nearly all northeast corridor services for Monday, October 29th in anticipation of Hurricane Sandy.

The one exception will be the Maple Leaf line, which will run from Toronto to Albany-Rensselaer.

This train includes stops in Syracuse, Rome and Utica.

Amtrak stresses that their service into and out of Boston and New York City are cancelled for Monday.

There is also no alternative transportation available for cancelled services.
