SYRACUSE -- Ursula Rozum has conceded in race for 24th Congressional District but the race between incumbent Ann Marie Buerkle (R) and Dan Maffei (D) is yet to be determined.
Ursula says she understands progressives "who voted for the lesser of two evils" referring to Maffei.
With 59% of precincts reporting, Maffei is ahead of Buerkle.
This race has been considered one of the most competitive congressional races in the country and recent polls showed Buerkle and Maffei in a virtual dead heat.
