OSWEGO -- 47 year old Timothy Benway was found Thursday evening after going missing early in the morning.
The Oswego County Sheriff's Office says Benway returned to the residence he had been reported missing from in the Town of Oswego. He was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
Deputies were worried Benway may have sustained some sort of injury.
