Missing Cayuga County Man Found

CAYUGA COUNTY -- 89-year-old Noah V. Cannon of Route 90 in Locke, New York has been located by Cayuga County Sheriffs and is home wihout incident according to a press release received at 8:30am.

Cannon has family at the Groton Nursing Facility in Groton, New York.
