SYRACUSE -- After it was slated to be open on Saturday, the 690 East bridge at I-81 is still closed, and will be until next weekend.
It had been delayed several times before, and workers from the Department of Transportation spent their Thanksgiving trying to complete the project. They will need another week to finish the repairs.
