SYRACUSE -- The man who set several fires in the Tipp Hill neighborhood of Syracuse, including one that killed an elderly man, will be sentenced Tuesday in Onondaga County Court.

Shayne Davis, 32, of Syracuse pled guilty  to manslaughter and arson in October.

Davis admitted to setting a series of fires on Tipperary Hill.

One of the fires at a home on Cayuga Street in June killed 90-year-old Frederick Brown.
