3 arrested for running mobile Meth lab in Fulton

State Police have arrested three Oswego County residents in connection with a mobile meth lab.

They stopped a vehicle on South Second Street in Fulton for a number of drug related offenses.

Troopers discovered an illegal gravity knife, several used hypodermic needles, approximately 18 packets of heroin, and components of a One Pot Meth manufacturing operation in the trunk.

Troopers arrested 25-year-old Ronald R. Gibbs of Sawmill Road in Pulaski , 23-year-old Brittany E. Scullen of South Main Street in Sandy Creek, and 27-year-old Heather L. Grossman, of Sawmill Road in Pulaski. 

All three were charged with felony criminal possession controlled substance, felony unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Gibbs was additionally charged with criminal possesion of a weapon. 

All three were arraigned in the City of Fulton Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail pending further court proceedings.
