Polar Plunge brings hundreds to Brewerton

BREWERTON -- Hundreds, including CNY Central sports anchor Niko Tamurian, were out in the freezing cold waters at Oneida Shores in Brewerton for a Polar Plunge on Sunday.

The event benefitted Special Olympics in Central New York. Many people came dressed up, with prizes awarded for best costumes and group themes.
