A West Edmenston man is accused of raping a girl.
47-year-old Dean Zabele is charged with third degree rape, a felony.
Oneida County Sheriff's deputies say Zabele sexually abused a girl under the age of 17 during the summer and fall months of 2011.
He was arraigned in the New York Mills Village Court and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
