NEDROW -- The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office says it's investigating an armed robbery at a Town of Onondaga convenience store.

Officials say that around 9:05 p.m. Wednesday night, deputies responded to the Hess Mart at 6020 South Salina Street for a reported armed robbery.

It was reported that three men, wearing ski masks and armed with at least one long gun entered the store and demanded money from the clerk.

The suspects allegedly ran from the store after taking cigarettes and cash.  They were last seen headed south towards Everingham Road.

The Sheriff's Air 1 helicopter responded to the area to assist the patrol and K-9 units in their search of the area for the suspects.

Police say nobody was hurt in the incident.

There is an ongoing investigation by the Sheriff's Detectives.  Anybody with information is asked to call the Criminal investigation Division at 315-435-3081or send an email to sherifftips@ongov.net
