LOWVILLE -- New York State Police in Lowville have arrested Patrick J. Elliott, 37, for second degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police say Elliott had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl on Sunday, December 9th in the village of Lyons Falls, which is in Lewis County.
Elliott was arraigned in the Town of Lowville court and is being held in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.
