FULTON -- New York State Police in Fulton arrested Shawn Hennessy, 17, of Syracuse for first degree assault following a six week investigation.
The arrest stems from an incident on October 27th, 2012 on Voorhees Rd. in the Town of Parish, in Oswego County.
Troopers say a fight broke out at a party that resulted in Hennessy stabbing two 21 year old males with a knife.
The two men were treated at Upstate Medical University and released.
Hennessy was arraigned and is being held in Oswego County Jail on $15,000 cash bail.
