LIVERPOOL -- At 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to the Lemoyne Manor, on Old Liverpool Road, in Liverpool, on a report of a man with a gun. The suspect was confronted by an employee of the Lemoyne Manor and the gun was confiscated.
Investigators say the suspect took off and was later identified as parolee, Scott Fetzner, 26 who lives at Lemoyne Manor. Fetzner is believed to be unarmed but police are still actively looking for him. Because he's a convicted felon, Fetzner is prohibited from possession of any type of firearm.
Fetzner is approximately 5'8", 170 lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes. Deputies say he is not to be approached - instead call 911.
