SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police are investigating a stabbing that happened on Wednesday, December 19th at 3:10 am on Primrose Avenue.

The victim, 26-year-old Joshua Hunter, told police that two men approached him on the street and stabbed him.

He said he then ran away, collapsing in a driveway on West Matson Avenue.

He said he did not know who the two men were, and described one as wearing a white hooded-sweatshirt.

Police say Hunter then became uncooperative and would not give any further information.

Hunter was treated at Upstate University Hospital for a puncture behind his right ear, a laceration on his neck, one on his clavicle, and three more on his right shoulder.

None of the injuries were life threatening.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police at (315)-442-5222.
