LYONS (AP) -- State police say a court clerk in the Finger Lakes has been charged with pilfering $1,000.
They say 43-year-old Barbara LoTemple of Canandaigua took the money from August until October while working as chief clerk of the Wayne County Surrogate's Court.
She was arraigned in the village of Lyons court on charges of official misconduct and petit larceny. Court officials weren't available Wednesday to say if she has a lawyer.
