Syracuse Police investigate Oxford Street stabbing

SYRACUSE -- A stabbing that occured at a homeless shelter on 201 Oxford Street at 5:25 PM on Thursday is being investigated by the Syracuse Police.

Tracy Fox, 44, of Syracuse was cut on his head and left bicep.  The suspect, James Norway, 30, also of Syracuse turned himself in at the Public Safety Building, according to Syracuse Police.

Norway is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
