SYRACUSE -- A disaster action team of the American Red Cross of Central New York assisted one person who was displaced by a fire to a two family home, located at 628 Roxford Road South in Syracuse, on Wednesday night. Another resident of the house was transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
The fire happened at around 5 PM. Crews were able to knock the fire down quickly but one section of the house sustained fire, smoke and water damage.
