OWASCO, CAYUGA COUNTY -- Cayuga County Sheriff's deputies are investigating what appears to be an arson at a church in Owasco.
The fire broke out around 6:22 a.m. Monday at the used clothing drop off building at Sacred Heart Church on Melrose Road.
The fire destroyed the building.
Anyone with information about the fire or anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity around the church last night or this morning is asked to contact Detectives at (315) 253-1610.
