WATERLOO, SENECA COUNTY -- Investigators in Waterloo have charged a man with sexually abusing a 4 year old girl. Brian Jensen, 37, is charged with three counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and two counts of Endangering The Welfare of a Child.
Investigators allege Jensen subjected a four year old girl to sexual contact in the Town of Waterloo on at least two occasions. Jensen was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond and an order of protection was issued. Jensen is to re- appear before the Waterloo Town Court on February 14, 2013 to answer the charges.
