AUBURN, CAYUGA CO. -- An Auburn man is accused of sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl.

38-year-old Stephen Arthur, of 80 South Street, is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

State Police say Arthur had sexual contact with the little girl. He was arraigned in Tully Town Court and sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to be back in court on January 29.
