North Syracuse man facing child pornography charges

NORTH SYRACUSE -- A North Syracuse man is accused of possessing child pornography.

48-year-old Jeffrey Jipson, of 19 Waterbury Drive, is charged with four counts of possession a sexual performance by a child.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Clay Town Court on February 5.
